I work across HR strategy, data engineering, applied AI, and compliance so what I ship fits how your organization actually operates. Most HR-technology projects live at the seam of three disciplines — HR operations, engineering, and audit-grade governance — and I'm at home in all three.

That means I can scope a people-analytics operating model with a CHRO, instrument a Bedrock guardrail for an AI-backed HR tool, train a matched-cohort model to defend an L&D budget, or walk a SOC II auditor through the controls I put in place — without a translation layer between the people in the room. Every demo on this site I built end-to-end: data pipeline, model, UI, governance, and the docs an external reviewer reads first.

HR fluency and engineering ability rarely live in the same person.

That's the combination I bring.

I build production AI for HR organizations and run a consulting practice doing the same work for clients. The demos on this site are representative of that work — real data pipelines, real models, real governance, and the deliberate omissions (fabricated client metrics, vendor-deck benchmarks, aspirational roadmap features) that most portfolios quietly include.

I spent six years at a Fortune 50 financial institution, where I built the workforce analytics and data engineering function from the ground up — from the ingestion plumbing to the executive dashboards to the audit-evidence trails that kept SOX, HIPAA, and regulatory examiners satisfied. Before that, I worked directly in HR operations: HRIS and ATS implementations, SOC II audits, ACA compliance, retention program design, benefits administration, payroll integrations. I've been in both the strategy room and the codebase since 2009.

My engagements today range from full-stack product builds (the kind of thing the Retention Risk and L&D ROI demos represent) through advisory and fractional work (operating models, model-risk reviews, bias-audit preparation, AI strategy for HR leaders who want a second opinion). I work equally well as an individual contributor shipping code, as a technical lead directing a small team, or as the bilingual interpreter between a data-science org and the HRBPs who will actually use what they ship.
